I’m Gail Bacolod — founder and creative director of Gail & Co Design Studio. My career began in the corporate world, where I led national operations for a multinational mall company and later worked regionally in Singapore, helping grow a skincare brand into a recognized name.

Eventually, I followed my creative calling into fashion, designing and producing garments for local brands. When the pandemic forced me to close that chapter, it became a turning point — leading me into brand and web design, where I could combine my strategic background with my passion for creativity.

Today, I help entrepreneurs, coaches, and businesses build thoughtful, beautiful digital platforms that reflect their vision and are rooted in clarity, intention, and heart.
